How to use: 

1.  Warm up - Apply a pea size amount to clean finger tips and rub together to warm up. Spread onto clean skin. 
2.  Release tension - Gently stretch the neck releasing any tension and begin facial massage. 
3. Lypmhatic flow - Activate drainage and reduce puffiness using either the pads of your fingers or Gua Shua.
   
4. Finish - Deep Balm can be left on the skin over night as a finishing product at the end of your routine or you can cleanse to remove and follow with your current skincare routine.
