Booking and Cancellation Policy

To secure your preferred appointment, a booking deposit is required which can be used as partial payment for your facial. You will receive a confirmation email and text message prior to your treatment date. We are more than happy to accomodate should you wish to reschedule outside of this time, however cancellations or "no shows" made with less than 48hrs notice will be charged the full amount of the service booked. Thank you for understanding.

Pricing

At SWS we are always evolving and adapting our treatments. As such, our treatment menu may be modified to provide you with the best possible service. Treatment and product pricing is also subject to change.

Treatment Programmes 

SWS offers tailored treatment packages prepaid at a discounted price. This waives the need for a booking deposit. All treatments must be used within the recommended time frame.
